For most of my life I tried to think my way through everything — emotions, relationships, even healing. Somatic therapy and Buddhism taught me something different. My body had been speaking long before my mind ever caught up. This is the story of how I learned to listen.
For years I tried to become someone I wasn’t — more impressive, more independent, more put together — believing life would click once I had the right job, the right partner, the right story. Instead, everything changed when I finally let myself be seen. Coaching is my way of creating the space I needed back then, a place where you can name patterns without shame and slowly become who you actually are.
